I’m an artist in many forms and I’ve come to learn that art is my prayer in this life. If I’m inspired with an idea, whether it’s painting a wall, photographing a series, bringing together a workshop for my community, or helping another creative or small business with their meaningful projects - I HAVE. to. move. it. through. The same way I believe movement assists us in moving our emotions, Arting, in big and small ways, guides me in existing in this human experience.

I’m inspired by the natural cycles of creation - growth, blossoming, restoration, and rest. In this season of life I strive to integrate this wisdom, I don’t take projects on that smell of grind culture, instead I’m focused on intentional co-creation with individuals or groups who have an idea I truly believe in.
